We had the all you can eat ribs for me and shrimp for her. The first two plates with fries were cold and soggy but ribs was warm and good. The second helping plates had good with fries that were freshly cooked and crispy. Service was slow five servers passed our table and not one stopped. After 15 minutes the person that sat us came to take our order. The ice tea was sort of weak.

Every time I go I tell myself never again. Then after a couple of years hubby talks me into trying it again. Grilled chicken breast dry and they use some kind of funky seasoning. Yuck. And what kind of restaurant doesn't have 1000 Island for their house salad? Garlic mashed potatoes were good.

I don’t blame the staff, I blame insistence on minimal staffing and management. When we order to go - things are missing and if we order inside - the quality of food deteriorates and it takes so long that it’s visibly due to minimal staff. There are never enough available servers to cover all the grounds, much less take a breath long enough to notice if drinks are low or what else. I see one server for most of a section on their own and then once we are seated they are mostly never seen again as they carry a huge section on a busy day. I always hope to see the staff and management pay more attention to detail and quality, eventually, as we keep going back out of convenience - But that is never the case, as it seems staff and management just don’t seem to be insync enough to provide workable conditions or a happy eating experience. I do wish the staff and management all a better chance to work on this as a team and see where things can be improved.

Reverse happy hour is a winner. And candy drinks wow the kiddos. I am fine with just ordering appetizers and laughing for a couple hours with friends her. The entrees aren't anything to write home about. But the burgers are decent.

This has always been an exceptional place for getting together with friends or family, small group events, and even by yourself or with another. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service. I have even ordered take out a couple of times. Everything from the ordering process, pick up and wait times; to the quality and pride reflected in the neat packaging of a simple takeout order, conveys professionalism and teamwork. My 30 years of experience in the food service/restaurant industries, with attention to and observation of: "The quality of service involving an effort to improve their likelihood to rerurn, especially those few moments before the customer leaves the establishment with a genuine ['...nice place...'] feeling inside as they leave."
